What to expect when you visit Woodward Park Baptist Church
We offer celebration services at 9:00 am and 10:45 am. We also have a Connect Time from 10:15 am to 10:45 am where you can enjoy a cinnimon roll, a beverage and visit one of our team leaders at ministry tables to find out more about the various ways to connect at WPBC. When you come on Sunday mornings you can expect a warm, safe and friendly environment. You will be greeted by church members who are willing to help you find your way to worship, the preschool or children's building, or answer questions that you may have at the Welcome Center in the Worship Center lobby. Our sermons are biblical and practical and our music is contemporary.
Adult Bible Study:
We offer Bible study classes for adults at 7:30 am (no childcare), 9:00 am and 10:45 am. If you would like more information about these classes, please contact our office or stop by the Welcome Center in the lobby on Sunday morning and somone will assist you.
WPBC Kids (Children's Building):
Children's Bible study is offered for K-6th grade at 9:00 am (during 1st service). There will be free play and a snack offered after Bible study during the Connect Time from 10:15-10:45 am. Kids are encouraged to attend Children's Church at 10:45 am (during 2nd service). Drop off your children for fun classes aimed at teaching them the Bible. They will be safe as they join classes led by adult volunteers who have gone through our Child Protection Training and background checks.
Preschool (Preschool Building):
Childcare is available for children from birth-1 year and Sunday School for kids 2yrs-Preschool. There will be a time for free play and snacks during the Connect Time from 10:15-10:45am.
